Katelyn Odom, MA
Katelyn Odom, MA, is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern. She received a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. Katelyn moved to Northwest Florida in 2018.
Katelyn has worked with a variety of populations including school-based counseling with students and their families, women and mother’s suffering from substance use disorders, and young adults adjusting with the transition into adulthood. Katelyn is passionate about maternal mental health and providing new mothers with the tools to get through the transition into motherhood. She also enjoys working with anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.
Katelyn treats clients as the experts of their own lives. She takes a person-centered approach to therapy and uses solution focused, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness techniques to help guide clients along their own path.
