Mariah Baesel, BS, Community Support Specialist in Tampa, FL, began working with The Bindu Institute in October of 2022.  She graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sports Science.  In addition, she is trained as a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and is a Certified Medical Exercise Specialist.

Mariah’s previous work experience includes working as the Director of Wellness at Land O’Lakes A.T.B. Law Firm, a Medical Director of Home Wellness Program at Testan Law Firm Professional Corporation and was the owner of own company called Self-Employed Healthcare.

Mariah is a highly motivated professional with 20+ years of entrepreneurial and management experience.  She skillfully creates and maintains professional and loyal relationships with co-workers, staff, and her clients.  She works well independently and with her team.  She is compassionate, good at decision making, and attentive to others.  These attributes she holds assist her with helping the warriors she serves to improve themselves by working towards the goals they set.​
